DevOps & Platforms respects the privacy of customers, prospective
customers, website visitors, and people who contact us. This Privacy Policy
explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices
available to you.
Information we collect
We may collect information that you provide directly, including:
- Your name, company, email address, and telephone number.
- The contents of callback requests, support requests, and other communications.
- Whether you selected the optional SMS consent checkbox.
- The date, time, source page, IP address, browser information, and version of the consent disclosure associated with a form submission.
Our hosting systems may also collect ordinary technical logs such as IP
addresses, requested pages, timestamps, browser types, and security events.
How we use information
We use collected information to:
- Respond to inquiries and provide requested callbacks or support.

- Send customer-care or account-related text messages only where appropriate consent has been provided or where a customer initiates the text conversation.

SMS and mobile information
When you voluntarily select the SMS consent checkbox, DevOps & Platforms
may send customer-care and account-related messages to the number you
provide. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You
may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of
purchase.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates
for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in
data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except
service providers that are necessary to deliver the requested messaging
service.
We do not sell telephone numbers, SMS consent records, or personal
information. We do not use SMS consent obtained through the callback form
for affiliate marketing, lead generation, or unrelated promotional
campaigns.
Service providers and disclosures
We may use service providers for hosting, email, telecommunications,
security, backups, analytics, and other infrastructure required to operate
our business. They may process information only as needed to perform those
services. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect
rights or safety, to investigate abuse or fraud, or as part of a legitimate
business reorganization.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide
services, maintain consent and opt-out evidence, resolve disputes, enforce
agreements, and satisfy legal or operational requirements. We use
reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet or
storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may decline SMS consent and still submit a callback request. To stop
