Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern use of the DevOps & Platforms website,
callback form, and customer-care text messaging program. By using the
website, you agree to these terms. SMS participation is separately optional
and requires the affirmative consent described below.

Website and service inquiries

Website content is provided for general information. A callback request
does not itself create a service contract, guarantee availability, or
establish a quoted price. Any paid work is governed by the applicable
proposal, order, invoice, or service agreement.

DevOps & Platforms customer-care SMS program

Program name: DevOps & Platforms Customer Care.

Customers who voluntarily opt in may receive customer-care and
account-related text messages. Messages may include replies to support
inquiries, callback coordination, service status updates, scheduled
maintenance notices, and account or service confirmations. This program is
not used for affiliate marketing or unsolicited promotional advertising.

How to opt in

On the public Request a Callback form, enter your telephone number and
actively select the separate, optional, unchecked SMS consent checkbox.
The form can be submitted without selecting that checkbox. You may also
initiate a text conversation directly with DevOps & Platforms at
925-235-0487, in which case we may reply to your inquiry.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies according to your requests, account activity,
support needs, or service events. Message and data rates may apply under
your wireless plan. DevOps & Platforms does not charge a separate fee
for the customer-care SMS program.

Opt out

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. After processing the request, you
should receive a confirmation and no further program messages will be sent
unless you later provide new consent or reply START to resubscribe.

Consent and eligibility

SMS consent is not a condition of purchase or service. By opting in, you
confirm that you are authorized to use the telephone number supplied and
that you are at least 18 years old or have the permission of a parent or
legal guardian.

Delivery and carriers

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Delivery depends on carrier networks, compatible devices, and factors
outside our control. We may change or discontinue the program, but existing
opt-out requests will continue to be honored.

Privacy

Our handling of personal information, mobile information, and SMS consent
records is described in the
Privacy Policy. Mobile information and
text-message opt-in consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates
for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with
service operation, submit unlawful content, impersonate another person, or
use the forms for spam, abuse, or automated attacks.

Third-party services and links

The website or our services may rely on or link to third-party systems.
Those systems are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

Disclaimer and limitation

To the extent permitted by law, website content is provided without
warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular
purpose. DevOps & Platforms is not responsible for indirect,
consequential, or special damages arising solely from use of the public
website or failure of a callback-form transmission.

Changes

We may update these terms when the website, services, messaging program, or
applicable requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies
the current version.
