These terms govern use of the DevOps & Platforms public website and customer-care text messaging.

Website and service inquiries

Website content is general information. An inquiry, callback request, telephone call, text message, or email does not by itself create a service contract, guarantee availability, or establish a quoted price. Paid work is governed by the applicable proposal, order, invoice, or service agreement.
